CANCELLATION POLICY

A non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to reserve your appointment. I understand that life happens, and I’m happy to accommodate changes whenever possible. However, appointments are reserved specifically for you, and late cancellations prevent that time from being offered to another client. Cancellations or rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours before your scheduled appointment will result in the forfeiture of your deposit. A new deposit will be required to book another appointment. Appointments that are missed without notice (no-shows) will also result in the forfeiture of the deposit, and future appointments may require payment in full at the time of booking. Cancellations or rescheduling requests made 24 hours or more before your appointment may be accommodated without forfeiting your deposit, subject to availability.
